Item Changes – Style, Size, and Photo

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us to verify its production status. Send an email with your order number in the subject line and specify any changes needed. We’ll respond promptly to assist you.

Address Changes:

For shipping address adjustments, email us with your order number, the current shipping address, and the new address before your order ships from our facility.

Damaged Items:

In case of a defective product, we’ll redo and resend it free of charge. Contact us with your order number and a photo of the item to explain the issue. Our customer support will assist you in redoing and shipping the item as quickly as possible.

Non-Covered Reasons:

We do not cover damages due to misuse, mishandling, or personal reasons such as changed preferences.

Refunds and Cancellations:

Customized products are non-refundable unless defective. A 40% customization fee is included in your purchase. To cancel an order, email us with your order number and reason for cancellation. Once production begins, cancellations are subject to a 40% restocking fee per item.
